Club Juche takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process, for which purposes, on which legal basis and what your rights are, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process

• Booking form: first and last name, age, phone, email (optional), contact preference, category and goals.
• Cookies: see the cookies section below.
• Server logs: IP address, browser type, date and time of access, for security and aggregated statistics.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Managing your trial-class request — pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Contacting you via WhatsApp, phone or email — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
• Legal obligations (tax, accounting) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Optional analytics — consent via the cookie banner.

4. Retention

We retain your data for as long as there is an active interest (e.g. until the trial class is confirmed or declined) and afterwards for the applicable legal periods. Analytics data is kept in aggregated, anonymous form.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. We work with the following processors under GDPR-compliant contracts:

• Hosting and database: Supabase (database, authentication and serverless functions).
• Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland) when you choose that channel.

Some processors may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Your rights

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access control, hardened authentication for the admin panel and regular database backups by our hosting provider.

9. Minors and automated decisions

When a trial-class request concerns a child under 14, the information must be provided by the person holding parental responsibility, in line with Art. 7 LOPDGDD. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling producing legal effects on individuals (Art. 22 GDPR): the group suggestion (Kids, Cadets, Juniors, Adults) is a simple age-based recommendation, always reviewed by Julio Delgado before the class.

10. AI Transparency

This website — including text, design and image selection — has been created with the support of artificial intelligence tools.

Blog articles are generated automatically each week using artificial intelligence and are clearly labelled with an 'AI' tag on the blog overview and a visible notice at the top of every article.

Responsibility for all published content, including AI-generated material, lies with Club Juche.
